Dirty things that can only be said on Thanksgiving...
01. Talk about a huge breast
02. Tying the legs together keeps the inside moist
03. It's Cool Whip time
04. If I don't undo my pants, I'll burst
05. That's one terrific spread
06. I'm in the mood for a little dark meat
07. Are you ready for seconds yet
08. Its a little dry, do you still want to eat it
09. Just wait your turn, you'll get some
10. Don't play with your meat
11. Just spread the legs open and stuff it in
12. Do you think you'll be able to handle all these people at once
13. I didn't expect everyone to come at once
14. You still have a little bit on your chin.
15. How long will it take after you stick it in
16. You'll know it's ready when it pops up.
17. Wow, I didn't think I could handle all of that
18. That's the biggest one I've ever seen
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Personalized Calendar - Christmas Gift :)
This is soooo easy and it is perfect for family and friends and teacher and etc...

Hole Punch - the kind that makes smaller holes, not the regular size hole punch

Corner rounder, optional
Materials (to make 2)
1 sheet of CUTE scrapbook paper
2 printed calendars (I made it easy for you, the link to the website where I found my calendar is
at the bottom of the post!)
at the bottom of the post!)
Hole Punch - the kind that makes smaller holes, not the regular size hole punch
4 brads
Corner rounder, optional
magnet, optional
Directions:
Cut down CUTE scrapbook paper into two, 5 1/2 inch pieces. I like to corner-round my corners on the calendar, so I do this next.
Then, you cut out the calendars trying to make them as even as possible. Punch a hole thru the calendar at the top on each side. Line them up on the paper where you want them to be, and then punch thru the paper.
This is where I pick out a CUTE pic that will go with my CUTE paper. I am making these for Hunter's classmates, so his teacher will be adding the pics. Here is a picture of the one I made last year though.
You can attach the picture with grommets, brads or just glue it on :) Super cute, personalized and easy! Add a magnet to the back to make an instant showpiece!

KISS MY ASS BCBS
I hate our insurance company lately. It is independent Blue Cross Blue Shield and we pay almost $400/mo out of pocket just for the plan and lately we have been getting the big ole screw.
First, they only covered the first $500 of well-baby visits. Well that was taken up in TWO visits -so we had a huge out of pocket expense there.
Second, the didn't pay for the bili-light that was NECESSSARY for my son to survive... I am still waiting for that bill. If I had realized they didn't pay for it (it's about $600) I probably would have taken him back to the hospital for the treatment. It would have been a lot faster and cheaper!
Third, they (surprisingly) pay for a vasectomy for my dear husband BUT not for the post-vasectomy sperm test to make sure the vasectomy was successful. That is about the stupidest thing I have ever heard - seriously. Why pay for a surgery but not the follow up test to make sure the surgery worked. Dumbass insurance company.
OH, and they didn't cover pre-natal. Colt is a golden baby for sure!

Homeschool
I love watching the Duggar family on TV. The one thing that has always perplexed me is WHY does she homeschool her children when it would be a GREAT break to send all of them off to school!
I NOW know why Michelle Duggar homeschools.
I can barely get 1 kid to the bus stop while dragging the other 2 behind. I couldn't imagine getting 17 Hunter's ready on time. No way.

Punkin' Carvin'
I know these are late BUT here are the punkin' carvin' pics :) We had a great time and the boys were super excited to draw and cut out their own punkin's (with daddy's help!)
Please excuse the dirty faces, they had been jumping in leaves for a while before we did the carving. Well, they usually are dirty - but this is the reason why in these particular pictures :)
8:45am
Wow - we didn't get up til 8:45am today and I felt sooooo refreshed. It's official - I am old. 8:45am is the new 10:00am for me :)

Wow... moving... and horribly sad
With regards to Prop 8 being passed, one mom had a few things to say....
We are all equal, anything is possible, civil rights for all now...
...unless you are gay.
Thanks to everyone who took a pen and unmarried their friends and neighbors yesterday. I'm sure the horror you were experiencing because families like mine were married will be instantly relieved now that many of us are back to just "living together permanently".
But hey, you have your rights to disagree! That's the american way! We get to decide what goes on in other people's homes...that's only fair, right? I shouldn't say anything about families like mine being forced to divorce because this is a democracy!
And since I chose to be gay so emphatically because I love being teased and ridiculed, I don't really have the same rights as other Americans. So why do I get to complain. Other people really do know best for me and my family...it's probably better that they arrange my marriage for me.
I live in MA. And my marriage is protected. But Prop 8 is every much a loss for me today.
But I guess I deserve it. How dare I consider myself equal. I'm clearly not...
This was written by Jen, mother to 3 beautiful children whom she is raising with her wife in MA.

Wow - ree-dick-u-luss
I am reading a popular board *cough, cough - babycenter* and I can not believe the way people are going on and on about how our country is ruined and they may pull their kids from public schools and blah blah blah b/c Obama won.
What the fluck?
I know if McCain had won there would be similar comments from die-hard Democrats, but really---it's dumb.
Both men are qualified for the job - and I am sure both of them will do their job (can't do worse than "linemypocketsBush"!)
Let's all support our leader and HOPE and PRAY this country gets better!

Way to Go Obama!
Whether you are a Republican or Democrat---today was a historical day for our country that we should be proud to be a part of.
He has a tough, TOUGH job in front of him and I hope he is up for the challenge!
:)

Kayleigh's Big Day
Today is Kayleigh's open heart surgery :( It started early this morning and her dad is keeping their blog updated with updates.
KAYLEIGH'S UPDATES
For those of you who are prayer-folk - please say a prayer for her.
For those of you who are not prayer-folk - please send positive thoughts to her family today.
This is her (hopefully) last big hurdle!
Here is a pic from last night when she was getting a bath (I'm sure her dad won't care if I snagged it - as long as I get the word out!)

If you take a three year old with you to vote...
Make sure he/she is CLEAR that president is NOT the same as present. Dane was positive he was going to get a present and when he did not recieve a present he was a nightmare.
So, just make it clear up front.
